A post of firsts!

It has been all to long of a journey for us to finally decide and start to settle in to our first home. We have searching for over a year with all to many bumps in the road. We came across this little mini in the quite early while we were looking but continued to just see what was out there. But when it is meant to be, it is meant to be and this one was always there staring us straight in the eye. Our long quest started out with short sale after short sale,  month after month of waiting and hoping for good news. We would start to see a little bit of light but it would quickly fade month after month that we waited and waited and waited some more.

It is the time to buy in Las Vegas and the vintage housing market if pretty nil. We searched the MLS day in and out, and continued to come back to this one. We were lucky that this one stayed on the market and the price continued to drop and drop! I am telling you, a steal of a deal! I highly recommend anyone who has a little something to spare, bring it to Vegas and invest! 

I have quite a bit of catching up to do to share all that we have done in these past few months to transform this little 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home in to a little our little atomic mini ranch style home. 

I am a blogger, a good speller, a photographer, writer, or have any real understanding of how to work this computer. I dress mannequins for a living, ok. 

The best thing about this, is that we have really done almost everything so far by ourselves. Any one can learn to do about almost anything through YouTube and the Internet these days :) so hopefully we can pass a little on to the rest of you on how to recreate your house in to YOUR HOUSE for a good price! And We'll help!
